Hours of Operation:

The Wax Bar is open 6 days a week. We have three locations to serve you. Check below, or give us a call for the location nearest you. We offer online scheduling, which is very convenient, as you will be able to see every available appointment for up to a year. We have many clients who schedule a month ahead because they know we get busy and this allows them to schedule their preferred slot before the calendar fills up.

 

To schedule your waxing appointment online, click the "book now" button, or download our app "THE WAX BAR" in your app store. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment and a reminder text 2 hours before your appointment. You can also call us at 210-525-9701 to schedule your appointment or to address any questions you may have. Our phones are answered until 5:30 PM Monday-Friday & until 4:00 PM on Saturdays.

If you need directions, to make an appointment, cancel an appointment, or have any other questions, please call during our phone answering times, otherwise we will contact you the following business day.

 

Cancellations, No Shows, Late Arrivals, Clients Needing Assistance: We require 12 hours cancellation notice. Any client arriving 10 minutes or more late for their appointment will be required to reschedule. For our clients that need assistance getting in or out of vehicle, in or out of building, or on or off of treatment beds, please bring someone who is able to assist you. Because of liability reasons, we are sorry that we are unable to accommodate clients in that way.
